Meet the Founder of Vegan Guest

Hi, I'm Mayumi! I'm a Vegan Hospitality Consultant and marketing professional passionate about helping restaurants and hotels better serve today’s guests with inclusive, plant-forward solutions.

My mission is simple: to support hospitality teams in offering plant-based dishes that are not only delicious but also aligned with their brand identity, values, and commitment to quality. I bring a collaborative and personalized approach to every project.

My work comes from real-life experience. After years of traveling the world and struggling to find thoughtfully crafted plant-based meals, I decided to take action. I trained with Vegan Hospitality, the global leader in vegan hospitality certification, and launched Vegan Guest to empower businesses to meet the growing demand for sustainable, ethical, and inclusive dining.

I created Vegan Guest to bridge the gap between guest expectations and what’s currently offered—making sure every visitor feels seen, satisfied, and inspired to come back, often bringing friends along.
